About Me

I’ve been described as “intense” by many people near and dear to me. I am extraverted — when I am feeling down, the main way I get back to baseline is seeking out social connection. In the past, I have been very organized and goal-driven, but since the pandemic and a couple of job changes, I’ve found this is not as important to me as it once was. I’m now learning to take more pleasure in the process of life rather than focusing on outcomes.
